2021 wurden in der Kernstadt Fulda 2000 Personen über 65 Jahren postalisch zu ihrem Alltag und ihrer Lebensgestaltung befragt. In einem Überblick über unterschiedliche Lebensbereiche wird das Bild der Alltagsversorgungsmöglichkeiten und -hindernisse älterer Menschen deutlich. Handlungsempfehlungen für soziale und kommunale Unterstützung ergänzen die Zahlen.
In diesem Bericht werden die repräsentativen Umfrageergebnisse einer Befragung zum Wandel des Ernährungsalltags vorgestellt. Die Erhebung wurde im Zeitraum vom 29.10.2020 bis 18.11.2020 online durchgeführt. Im Fokus standen mögliche Veränderungen des Ernährungsalltags durch die Corona-Pandemie, Wandelprozesse in der ernährungsbezogenen Wertorientierung der Befragten sowie deren Zukunftserwartungen im Kontext Ernähren und Versorgen.

The aim of this project is to prepare a nutrition guidebook for early childhood active stakeholders that are applicable across Europe and Turkey. The developed nutrition guidebook is the result of two-year collaboration between academics from different professions (nutritionists, home economists, paediatricians, education scientists, health psychologists) across five countries.
Diese Bachelor-Thesis untersucht die Einflüsse der von Max Weber beschriebenen protestantischen Ethik auf Ernährung, Gesundheitsverhalten und Schlankheitsideal. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in den Protestantismus und seine asketischen Richtungen werden charakteristische Merkmale protestantischer Ethik aus Webers Abhandlung "Die protestantische Ethik und der Geist des Kapitalismus" herausgearbeitet. Es folgt zunächst eine Einordnung der protestantischen Ethik in einen historisch-philosophischen Kontext von Askese, bevor ihre Charakteristika dann in aktueller Literatur zu den Bereichen Ernährung, Gesundheitsverhalten und Schlankheitsideal aufgezeigt werden. Gegenläufige Tendenzen werden ebenfalls beschrieben, und am Ende wird erörtert, was die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse für die Gesundheitsförderung bedeuten können.
